  1. Smashing image Sorin. I really must travel north one of these winters to experience some real snow. It’s nearly always a rather wet slushy affair here but the milder temperatures have a big advantage of course. I visited Poland in February a couple of years back and the snow was stunningly beautiful on the first day but just my luck, it became unseasonably warm the second day and all the snow melted. It didn’t snow again the whole time I was there.. It started again the day I got back to the UK. 😐

    • Maybe you should plan a trip to Finland soon, Adrian. We would really benefit from a respite :). It has been snowing quite heavily lately (some 20-25 cm only during past 24 hours). And there is plenty of it even in southern Finland. I am glad that you enjoyed the picture. Thanks.
