A rather cold and rainy day on the Achmelvich beach. Apparently just fine to do some sand masonry work 🙂

  1. I love the contrast and scale of this picture and the child playing while the father looks on is an appealing subject. Excellent.

  2. I agree with Chillbrook. Lovely scene . . . and I love how you’ve made the background light (but not washed out), a technique that really makes the father and son stand out. This one goes into “one of my favorites” category!
