  2. I take it this was shot from an airplane? Helicopter? Probably not from a much higher mountain… I must explore more and learn the back story…

    • Actually this was taken from the bus station, but across the valley. I used a telephoto lens. Position wise, I think I was at the same altitude with the base of the picture. But would have been nice to get a helicopter ride at sunrise around Mont Blanc :). Which, by the way, was a bit to the right of these peaks. Thanks for stopping by.

  3. I agree with Karen, it does indeed look like silk covering those rocky mountain tops…incredibly beautiful scenery, Sorin.
